Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern use of the easy2plugin-ecc.com website and any easy2plugin product, licence, account, managed service, credit, support, or related offering that refers to them. Additional checkout, licence, provider, privacy, and product terms may also apply.
2. Business use and authority
You represent that you have legal capacity and authority to accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent. Products are intended for lawful business and professional use.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, passwords, API keys, WordPress access, backups, and activity performed through your credentials. Notify easy2plugin promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Software licences
The WordPress.org Free package is licensed under its stated open-source licence. Separate commercial packages, updates, support, and service entitlements are governed by the licence and checkout terms presented with the purchase. Standard and Premium are plans inside the same paid package.
5. External providers
BYOK customers contract directly with their selected AI providers and are responsible for provider accounts, fees, credentials, quotas, terms, privacy practices, and policy compliance. easy2plugin does not control provider availability, output, pricing, or policy changes.
6. Managed credits
If the Credit version launches, credits will represent a prepaid service balance subject to the validity, expiration, deduction, failed-job, refund, transfer, and account rules shown before purchase. Credits are not currency and do not guarantee a fixed number of images.
7. Source content and permissions
You retain responsibility for source images, references, prompts, trademarks, personal data, and other submitted content. You must have all rights, licences, consents, and lawful authority required to submit and process that content.
8. Generated output review
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable. Before use, verify product shape, color, materials, dimensions, labels, text, claims, logos, trademarks, human depiction, contact points, scale, and channel requirements. You are responsible for publication and commercial use decisions.
9. Prohibited use
Do not use the services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive, non-consensual, malicious, or provider-prohibited activity, or to bypass security, usage controls, or intellectual-property rights.
10. Fees, taxes, renewal, and cancellation
Prices, billing periods, site allowances, renewal terms, taxes, currency, cancellation methods, and checkout provider details are shown at checkout. Third-party provider charges are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Availability and changes
Products, models, integrations, limits, pricing, or features may change for security, provider, legal, technical, or business reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material commercial changes where required.
12. Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every output will be accurate, uninterrupted, compatible, or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.
13. Liability
Complete the legally appropriate limitations, exclusions, liability cap, mandatory exceptions, and consumer-right provisions for the governing jurisdiction before commercial launch.
14. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, provider restriction, or other grounds stated in the applicable product terms. Required data export or account closure information should be documented for the managed service.
