1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes information processed through the easy2plugin-ecc.com website, easy2plugin support communications, and easy2plugin product or service interactions. Separate third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
2. Information you provide
- Contact information included in support, sales, or account requests.
- Purchase, licence, subscription, invoice, and transaction information supplied through the applicable checkout provider.
- Technical details, logs, screenshots, site information, and files voluntarily supplied for support.
- For managed services, source images, reference images, prompts, settings, job data, and account activity needed to provide the requested processing.
3. Information collected automatically
The website and hosting environment may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, security events, and diagnostic information. The theme also loads Manrope, Inter, and DM Sans through Google Fonts; the visitor’s browser may therefore send standard connection information to Google when requesting font resources. Optional analytics, advertising, or non-essential cookies should not be enabled without the disclosures and consent controls required by applicable law.
4. How information is used
- Provide the website, products, managed services, accounts, licences, updates, and support.
- Process transactions, prevent fraud, secure accounts, enforce terms, and respond to legal obligations.

Information is retained only for the period reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, tax and accounting records, legal requirements, and documented product settings. The production managed-credit service must publish precise operational retention rules before launch.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system is completely secure. Customers are responsible for WordPress security, authorized users, API keys, passwords, backups, and access controls under their control.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review by a supervisory authority. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is completed.
9. International processing
Providers may process information in countries other than the customer or visitor location. The applicable contracts, safeguards, provider terms, and legal requirements control such transfers.
10. Children
easy2plugin products and commercial services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Do not submit personal data about children unless the processing is lawful, necessary, and properly authorized.

This policy may be updated when products, providers, laws, or business practices change. The revised date will be shown at the top of the page.
