SERVICE TRANSPARENCY
External Services
This page explains when easy2plugin products may communicate with external systems, what data may be transmitted, why it is required, and where provider terms can be reviewed.
Last updated: August 5, 2026
General processing rule
Installing or activating an easy2plugin product does not by itself submit a product image for AI processing. A relevant external request occurs only when an authorized user configures, tests, purchases, licenses, updates, or initiates a supported service action.
Depending on the selected product and action, transmitted data may include source images, reference images, prompts, Edit Mode instructions, output settings, model selection, job identifiers, account or licence identifiers, WordPress and plugin version information, diagnostic information, and the minimum technical data required to deliver and secure the service.
Website typography service
The easy2plugin website theme loads Manrope, Inter, and DM Sans through Google Fonts so typography is rendered consistently without a separate hosting-control-panel installation. When a visitor opens the website, the visitor’s browser may request font CSS and font resources from Google and transmit standard connection information such as IP address, browser details, and requested resource data. Review the Google Fonts privacy information and the Google Privacy Policy.
AI processing providers
OPENAI
OpenAI API
Used only when an administrator selects and authorizes an applicable OpenAI image workflow. Relevant images, prompts, settings, and technical request data may be transmitted. Review the OpenAI Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Google Gemini API
Used only when an administrator selects and authorizes an applicable Gemini workflow. Relevant inputs and request settings may be transmitted. Review the Gemini API Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
FLUX
Black Forest Labs FLUX
Used only for selected supported FLUX workflows. Relevant prompts, images, references, settings, and request metadata may be transmitted. Review the Developer Terms and Privacy Policy.
SEEDREAM
BytePlus / Seedream services
Used only when a supported Seedream or BytePlus endpoint is selected and authorized. Relevant inputs and request data may be transmitted. The exact terms and privacy links shown inside the released plugin should match the configured service and contracting region.
CUSTOM
Administrator-configured endpoints
Standard or Premium configurations may allow compatible custom endpoints. The site owner is responsible for reviewing the endpoint operator, destination, security, terms, privacy practices, retention, and legal basis before sending data.
MANAGED
easy2plugin Credit processing
The planned Credit version would route relevant requests through easy2plugin infrastructure and one or more processing providers. Subprocessors, regions, retention, security controls, and final customer terms must be published before launch.
Freemius licensing, updates, and checkout
The separate paid plugin package may use Freemius for software licensing, plan identification, checkout, subscription management, updates, and support-related product information. Data transmitted may include the information required by the Freemius SDK and the options chosen by the administrator. Free users should not be required to opt into non-essential tracking merely to use the usable Free functionality.
Review the current Freemius Terms and Freemius Privacy Policy.
